The Big one.
For my final major project I am working in a group with Carla and Chloe, I have worked with both separately before, and am excited to work with them again, as I know their work ethics and feel that I work well with both of them.
My role in the group is that of character designer, but I will be taking part in some animating and some clean up also. Chloe is scriptwriter, but both she and Carla will be doing most of the animation.
We collaboratively made a page of initial ideas :

Mike suggested that we redid a fairytale, that could be cool - although i would like to have our own idea.

The three luck children might be interesting : it's got a sort of a deathly hallows sort of thing going for it. Three brothers are given thing and our told if they find people that have never seen them before they will receive great riches - all we would need is someone to read the story then like a narrator. .- it ends kinda miserable.
The house in the woods is scary!! That could be a good one! - sisters get dropped into a cellar while they sleep, and a scary old man becomes a prince in the end. Last sister gets to marry the prince. - sort of beauty and the beast ish, the prince has servants and when he got turned into an old man they got turned into a chicken a cockerel and a cow.
Mother Holle is an odd one, a girl falls through a spring and ends up in a meadow and meets an old lady who she looks after she then gets a reward of gold.She goes home and her mam tells her sister to do the same but the sister does a crap job of looking after the old lady so when it comes to her reward she gets covered in tar.

-Choose your ending- animation with 2 alternate endings (don’t need to be resolved but could be made into animatics) engages audience participation, immersive, interactive
-True crime documentary (eg. the black dahlia, the zodiac killer)
-Scooby doo style mystery, but stylised designs and darker themes/horror
-Someone uncovering mysteries about their past, returning to their old house, gothic style, cuts between childhood memories and an adult looking through the house
-Animation about sleep paralysis and the shadow man phenomenon, dream states- paranormal experience or psychological?

Our plan is to have a spooky almost thriller type animation.
